Intellectual property The texts, photographs, designs and code on this site belong to the site owner or are used with the relevant permission. Quoting and linking to the content is allowed with attribution; systematic reproduction or commercial reuse without written permission is not.
Images of the installations published under «Examples» are shown with their owner's authorisation. The weather data of each observatory belongs to the customer who commissioned it, not to this site.
Third-party content The live cameras and video sequences on the detail pages are not hosted here: they are requested at the time from the platform of the customer that owns the installation. An image failing to load does not mean the site is broken; it means that platform did not answer.
Liability The site is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The owner is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a calculator estimate, which by definition has not seen the ground.
