⚠ PROVISIONAL TEXT, PENDING LEGAL REVIEW. This is not a legal notice.
Site owner Pending: legal name, tax ID, registered address and contact details.
Purpose This site presents Terrasfera's digital territory observatory service and lets you request a non-binding budget estimate.
Quotes The figures calculated on the site are estimates and do not constitute a binding offer. The final assessment is issued after studying each project and is the only one that binds the parties.
Intellectual property The texts, photographs, designs and code on this site belong to the site owner or are used with the relevant permission. Quoting and linking to the content is allowed with attribution; systematic reproduction or commercial reuse without written permission is not.
Images of the installations published under «Examples» are shown with their owner's authorisation. The weather data of each observatory belongs to the customer who commissioned it, not to this site.
Third-party content The live cameras and video sequences on the detail pages are not hosted here: they are requested at the time from the platform of the customer that owns the installation. An image failing to load does not mean the site is broken; it means that platform did not answer.
The maps under «Examples» work the same way: the cartography is served by the OpenStreetMap servers, which have no connection to this site.
Liability The site is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The owner is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a calculator estimate, which by definition has not seen the ground.
Governing law and jurisdiction ⚠ PENDING confirmation once the company is incorporated. The intention is Spanish law and the courts of the owner's registered address, except where consumer or public-procurement rules impose another forum.
